Refund policy

Customers can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days after receiving their order. Items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged, dirty or worn.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After we receive and check the returned item, we will issue a refund or arrange an exchange.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or returned without approval cannot be accepted.
